Assist the deployment of VoIP to both the corporate offices, and remote locations in the US. International deployment will be a future project. Utilize technical skills to support distributed and remote processing environments. (Cisco VPN, cable and DSL usage and configuration, Cisco SOHO routers.) Provide Telecom and LAN/WAN support to the organization and hosted partner companies. Administer and monitor key telecommunication and network devices and usage. Provide Level 2 support to the helpdesk. 3 – 5 years+ experience of network support. 1 – 2 years+ experience of Cisco telecom equipment. Must have some hands-on experience with Cisco VoIP equipment. Good knowledge of all or most of the following: Cisco IOS (Native and CAT OS), PIX firewalls, VPN concentrators, Call Manager, Unity, Cisco routers, Windows 2000 and 2003 servers, TFTP servers and Linux. Must have some experience with general desktop and server support. CCNA, CCNP and MCP certification is a plus. Target salary $65K-$75K.
