The Associate Search Media Analyst is responsible for preparing and analyzing internal and external reporting for IC’s Search Media clients. This work involves contribution across IC’s nine verticals. This position works with staff members across the Search Media discipline at IC and reports directly into IC’s Reporting Strategy Manager. Analysis includes macro and micro data trending, return on investment performance, opportunity analysis and financial forecasting. This position uses IC’s proprietary reporting technologies along with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. This position supports IC national network of offices including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Scottsdale Arizona
Core Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
· Generate and provide analysis on weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports from IC’s proprietary technology.
· Report customization according to media team staff and client requests
· Work with Search Media staff to ensure data requirements and delivery of all reports.
· Manage workflow process to ensure all required data has been processed correctly
· Interpret and analyze performance reporting and provide insightful strategy to optimize campaigns to client goals.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
· Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Possess a strong sense of timing and execution.
· Basic programming knowledge a definite plus.
· Adept at working with multiple team members to understanding business requirements and reporting output.
· Possess a strong passion for the interactive world and a focus search marketing.
