Capital One’s Digital Innovation Lab is selectively recruiting for an Innovation Lab Director who will help us accelerate and shape the creation and launch of our digital offerings. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the vanguard of mobile and social media capabilities, digital consumer experiences across devices and platforms, and a wide range of emerging digital payment types. As ILD you will:

1. Guide overall lab design including design of the physical environment, and the development and deployment of explicit methodologies and tools. 2.Run day-to-day business operations of the lab and oversee all associated testing, prototyping, and pilot activities. 3.Organize, manage, and facilitate team brainstorming and ideation sessions at the Lab. 4.Conceive, develop, and execute a framework and set of organizational processes for efficiently sourcing, assessing, prioritizing, and piloting ideas and product concepts. 5.Transfer specific methods and skills into existing Capital One teams that enable them to accelerate ongoing breakthroughs outside of the Lab environment.
